I kindly request at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours will be subject to a 50% fee (this is simply due to demand on my books and I DO try to be as flexible as possible). No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the service total. Of course, genuine emergencies will always be considered on a case-by-case basis. Thank you for understanding!
